BIlling Snippets Manager

The Billing Snippets Manager has been updated to adopt JordanUI design language which is a clean east to use and read display of your firm's data.

ID - The Snippet ID which can now be used to more swiftly enter time

Type - Time Entry or Expenses. You can now filter your Snippets to see only Time Entries, or only Expenses

Name - The Snippet Name

🆕Practice Area - If your firm is multi-practice you can assing Snippets to be visible to one or more of our supported Practice Areas

🆕Jurisdiction - You can assign Snippets to one or more Jurisdictions

Client - You can assign Snippets to one or more Clients

Category - Assign your Snippets by category

Billing Description - The Billing description that will appear on the Time Entry and Invoice

Billing Snippet Editor

The BIlling Snippet editor has been completely redesigned to be beautiful compact and easy to use!

Here you can assign Billing Snippets to one or more Practice Area, Jurisdition, Client.

⛔When you assing a Billing Snippet to a Practice Area, Jurisdiction or Client the Billing Snippet will be available to only those values assigned to it.

Example: A snippet assigned to Workers Compensation, Alaska & California and the Client All Trust will ony be available to those Cases.

⛔If you do not assign a Practice Area, Jurisdiction or Client the Billing Snippet will be available in all Cases

Assigning a Practice Area, Jurisdition or Client is completely optional to be used in the way which best suits your practice.
