Forced Session End

This will automatically end a Casefriend session when there has been no activity for 30 minutes

1) When there is no activity in any Casefriend window or tab for 30 minutes we will prompt the user to continue the session by clicking OK.
2) The user will have 10 minutes to click OK.
3) If  the user clicks OK the session will continue.
4) if the user does not click OK all sessions will terminate and the user will need to reauthenticate.
