Save your e-mail correspondence in a Case.
E-mail is ubiquitious and the prefrred method of professional correspondence between counsel & client, aling with being an excellent way to maintain a record of communication.
When you connect your Microsoft or Google e-mail account to Casefriend you can easily save correspondence in your Case Timeline and save attachments in the Doc Browser.
Here is how to connect your e-mail
- Click your profile image and select My Settings
- From the My Settings page click e-mail & e-mail settings
- Select your email provider: Google or Microsoft. If you do not know ask your firm administrator
- Enter your email username and password and follow the prompts to select your folders and save your settings.
- Enter your email address and password then click Sign in. You will see a confirmation screen once your email is connected!
