Change Your Password

Remember! Only YOU can prevent stolen passwords!

Good password policy can prevent stolen passwords and data breaches:

1. Set your own password at intial login using the link sent to your e-mail
2. Sharing your Casefried password is not only unsafe it violates your firms Agreement to use Casefriend
3. Change your password often
4. Use your Browser's built-in strong password generator

From the Log In Page

From the My Settings Screen

Note: We highly recommend using Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome browsers the the 'suggest strong  password' feature to autogenerate strong passwords. Click here to learn more. 

From the Log In Page

When your Casefriend profile is created you must change your password to gain access. 

1. Below the Sign In button, click Change Password
2. Enter your Casefriend e-mail address
3. Check your inbox (and junk folders) for an e-mail from Casefriend
4. Click the link in the e-mail to change your password login and start billing hours!

From the My Settings Screen

1. Click your profile image and select My Settings
2. From the My Settings page click Change Password
3. Enter your your new password and select Change Password

If you use Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome you can right click in the new password field and select the suggest strong password option to create a unique strong password
