My Profile Menu

The My Profile Menu contains access to important information about your Casefriend experience. Click your image or name to Access your Profile.

• My Intake Log - Provides access to pending and completed Automated Intake jobs
• My New Documents - Review & Manage all documents assigned to your cases - its like a documents inbox
• My Timesheets - Track & manage your previous Time Entries and enter new time 
• My Billing Portal - Track the allocation of your time to Clients
• My Pre-Bills - When enabled by your firm you can approve Time Entries as they will appear on an invoice
• My Tasks - Review all Tasks assigned to you from the Tasks Manager
• My Payments - Track Payments made through Casefriend
• My Settings - Access your user specific Casefriend settings
• My Login History - Track your logins and block unfamilair IP addresses
• My Support - Access the Casefriend Support page
• What's New - quickly access Casefriend Release Notes

Search

Click on the magnifying glass to open the universal search bar. Search your firm's cases by Case Name, Number, Claim Number, etc. As you type, matching results will be displayed.

Firm and Personal Calendar

All upcoming Hearings, Depositions and Medical Events are accessible in your Firm or Personal Calendar.

Access your Alerts & Notifications panel by clicking the Alerts bell.

Menus

The Casefriend menus provide access to the features critical to managing your Caseload, Clients and office.

• Cases - Start an Automated Mail Intake, create a new case, navigate your Caseload or browse all your firm documents
• Billing - Create and manage invoice. Only available to firm administrators.
• Reports - Review firm performance. May not be available to all users at your firm.
• Contacts - All frim contacts. Co-counsel, Opposing counsel, judges, Doctors, etc.
• Tools - Customize your content in Casefriend. May not be available to all users at your firm.
• Settings - Customize your Casefriend experience. May not be available to all users at your firm.
