Bulk Case Creation

Work Comp Defense attorneys and firms frequently need to add multiple cases to their case management system, quickly, so they can start defending their client and billing hours. Only Casefriend allows you to do this quickly with Bulk Case Creation.

⚠️You should use this tool when:

1. You receive multiple sub-ins from another firm
2. You acquire multiple cases from another attorney or fir

Here is how you do it:

1. Complete the Bulk Case Cration Template required fields
   1. Injured Party Last Name
   2. Injured Party First Name
   3. Client Location - must match exactly as the Client Location is ented in Casefriend; case sensitive)
   4. Primary Attorney - must use the attorney ID

Although not required the following fields are very nice to have:

1. Case Number (ADJ for California)
2. Claim #
3. Your Matter ID - This is used when submitting LEDES invoices

Once the template is filled out you can navigate to: app.casefriend.com/#settings/import-cases. Drop the spreadsheet into the page, validate the Cases and click import.

⚠️Important: If you need to make any changes you must cancel the import process and update the spredsheet.
