Assign Tasks & Alerts
The Casefriend Tasks & Alerts feature has been enhanced from the ground up to better support how attorneys and staff can benefit from this feature.
A Task is an action delegated to yourself or another user. A Task is associated with a Case and will either be Pending or Complete. Tasks is saved on the Case.
An Alert is alarm, similar to what you would set on your phone or clock. When the set time arrive you will be notified. You can snooze the alarm or dismiss it. An alarm is not saved once its time has passed and it has been dismissed.
